How do you ship your meat products?
All orders are shipped frozen and packed in insulated liners with dry ice or non-toxic gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep at a safe temperature.
What does 'Regenerative Farming' mean for the quality of the food?
Regenerative farming focuses on soil health and biodiversity. For you, this means nutrient-dense, flavorful meat raised without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or routine antibiotics.
When will my order be shipped?
To ensure freshness, we typically ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday morning will generally ship the following Monday to prevent transit delays over the weekend.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer customizable subscription boxes that allow you to receive your favorite cuts on a recurring basis while saving a percentage on every order.
What is your return policy for perishable goods?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.
Are your animals grass-fed and finished?
Yes, our cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, meaning they spend their entire lives on pasture and are never fed grain or corn.
