It's typically portioned into the rump or round but we got creative and portioned it as a steak!  It has a delicious outer layer of fat that slowly cooks into the steaks, creating something delicious to be shared with the ones you love.

Our Picanha steaks are portioned into 8 oz pieces. There are 4 steaks per pack, so each pack will weigh about 2 lbs.
